Terms and conditions

I appreciate that sometimes plans and availability do change and where possible I will be flexible, however as a small business I must maximise my available bookings and protect myself against loss of earnings.

– All appointments must be booked online via the Arch website

– To secure your appointment a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken

– After booking you should receive confirmation by email, if this doesn’t arrive, please get in touch to confirm your appointment has been accepted

– Please note that I do not remove work carried out by another therapist

– If you attend your appointment with any signs of nail infection present, I will not be able to carry out your service and full treatment charges will apply


– Upon booking you agree to a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice

– Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment fee

– Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the appointment fee

– No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee

– Failure to pay any cancellation fees will result in no future bookings, and any existing appointments booked will be cancelled


– Please let me know if you are running behind

– Lateness of more than 15 minutes may result in the service being adjusted or rescheduled and full charges will apply


– If you are feeling unwell, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule


– All deposits must be paid by card when making your booking online

– All treatment balances must be made in full before leaving the studio

– Balances can be paid by card or exact cash


– Our studio is small with no extra seating, so please do not bring guests to your appointment

– Children are not allowed in the studio

– Treatments are only offered to 16 years +

– Pre booked appointments only

Personal Data 

– All new clients will be required to complete an online medical questionnaire before your first treatment can take place

– Regular clients are responsible for notifying Arch of any relevant health changes that occur, prior to your next appointment

– All personal data is securely stored and GDPR compliant
